About the Planning Fee
Your planning fee reflects the expertise, research, and dedicated time that goes into designing your experience — not just booking a trip. It covers your consultation, custom itinerary design, revision rounds, coaching components, and my ongoing availability throughout your journey.
Your exact fee is confirmed after your complimentary Discovery Call, based on your destination, trip complexity, and the tier that fits your needs. All fees are due before planning begins, and are separate from — and in addition to — your trip costs.
I also work with preferred & strategic travel partners, which means in many cases I can access exclusive amenities, upgrades, and added value not available through online booking platforms — at no extra cost to you.

Yes. The planning fee is confirmed and collected before research and itinerary design begins. This ensures I can dedicate the full time and attention your journey deserves from day one.
Yes. The planning fee covers my services as your advisor. Your trip costs — flights, accommodations, experiences, and excursions — are separate and paid directly to the travel suppliers.
The Discovery Call is complimentary and focused on getting to know you — your travel vision, goals, and what tier is the right fit. The coaching and planning work begins after the fee is confirmed.
That's exactly what the Discovery Call is for. After hearing about your trip, your goals, and what matters most to you, I'll recommend the tier that's the best fit — with no pressure to decide in advance.
In most cases, yes. If you'd like to add coaching sessions or expand the scope of your journey, we can discuss an upgrade before planning is complete. I'll always be transparent about any difference in fee.
