01. Discovery & Vision

Begin by completing a brief Trip Inquiry Form. From there, we’ll connect for a complimentary Discovery Call via phone or Zoom, where we take the time to understand You and your travel goals, preferences, and vision. This is where your journey starts to take shape—with clarity and intention.

02. Thoughtful Design

After your Design Fee is confirmed, we begin crafting your personalized itinerary. Leveraging trusted travel partners and insider access, we develop a tailored experience aligned with your vision. You’ll receive a carefully curated proposal, with up to four rounds of refinements to ensure every detail feels right.

03. Seamless Coordination

Once your itinerary is finalized, every element is professionally arranged and managed. From accommodations and transportation to tours and experiences, each detail is handled with precision to create a smooth, well-orchestrated, enriched journey

Do you charge a fee for your services?

Yes. A reasonable professional Design Fee applies to most itineraries. This allows for in-depth research, personal aligned planning, and access to trusted travel partners to create a tailored experience. The exact fee is shared after your Discovery Call based on the complexity of your trip. My fee starts at $150, if you need coaching services it is a little more. The Coaching fee includes my pre-trip coaching services and your workbooks/ journals designed to maximize the results you can achieve based on the effort you put into the experience.

What is included in your services?

Comprehensive travel planning, including destination research, customized itinerary design, accommodations, cruises, tours, transfers, optional pre-trip coaching with workbook and journal, and ongoing support before and during your trip. Every detail is handled with a personalized, experiential approach.

Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking online?

Online booking platforms focus on transactions. Our service focuses on outcomes you are seeking to achieve. You gain expert guidance, vetted recommendations, access to the best elevated experiences, and support if anything changes or if a problem arises—ensuring a smoother, more confident travel experience.

Can you find better deals than what I see online?

In many cases, yes—but more importantly, better value. Through preferred and strategic partners, there is often access to added amenities, exclusive offers, and experiences not publicly available.

What destinations do you specialize in?

The Caribbean, Europe, Costa Rica, Bali, St. Lucia, and other hand selected locations with the best ammenities that provide the best experiences such as retreats, sanctuaries, spa resorts, including culturally rich and nature immersive travel. Other destinations can also be arranged based on your vision such as an African Safari for example.

What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?

Support is available throughout your journey. Whether it’s a delay, change, or unexpected issue, assistance is provided through both direct support and trusted in-destination partners. I will personally be available during the entire experience.

How far in advance should I start planning?

Ideally 3–12 months in advance, depending on the destination and season. Bucket-list and peak travel periods often require more lead time.
